Process

How does it work?

From first contact to warehouse delivery, we accompany you every step of the way.

01

Document Review

We verify you have the necessary documents: commercial invoice, packing list, BL or airway bill, certificates of origin, and product technical sheets to begin operations.

02

Tariff Classification

We determine the correct tariff code under the TIGIE schedule, identifying the import regime, restrictions, non-tariff regulations (NOM, ISAN, IEPS), and the applicable duty rate.

03

Quotation

We prepare an accurate quote covering all items: freight, insurance, import duties, countervailing duties, import VAT, customs fees, and handling charges.

04

Tax Payment

We manage the payment of contributions to the SAT: tariff, VAT, DTA, countervailing duties, and any special tax (IEPS, ISAN) applicable to your goods.

05

Customs Clearance

We process the import declaration at customs, manage the inspection lane (red, orange, or green), and obtain official release of the goods in the shortest time possible.

06

Cost Statement

We issue a detailed breakdown of all incurred expenses: freight, handling, storage, fees, and paid contributions. Full transparency in every operation.

07

Goods Delivery

We coordinate the transport of cleared goods to your warehouse anywhere in the country, with last-mile tracking and delivery confirmation.

08

Project Closure

We deliver the complete digital file: customs declaration, invoices, BL/airway bills, tax receipts, and all customs documents for your fiscal and accounting records.
